When I found myself in burnout, me—the creative one—I thought I’d be able to pick up my pencils, brushes, needles, and heal my mind by doing what I had always loved: creating!
Nothing could have been further from the truth: with no energy, unable to make decisions, and convinced everything I made was ugly, I abandoned it all.
Today, five years later, after creating a routine for myself, I felt like sharing it with you. A different vision of creativity—one centered on self-knowledge, more intimate and personal than the productions and performances our ego keeps demanding from us.
