Terms of Use

Shipping:

Standard orders are shipped through BPost (Belgium Post) and DPD and I aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. Parcels are sent 1st Class and Registered to ensure you receive them safely and as soon as possible.


According to BPost and DPD:

  • Delivery within Belgium and Europe takes between 3-5 working days.

  • International delivery may take up to 14 working days and is dependent on the postal services and customs procedures of the destination country. I make every effort to make sure that your parcel will arrive safely and quickly but cannot be held responsible for such delays.

  • Depending on your location, import/customs duties may apply. International buyers are solely responsible for the payment of such charges.


*Your object will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safe and sound. But if for any reason it arrives damaged I will do my best to find a suitable solution.


**If you need your order to arrive faster, please contact me on potterywithsoul@gmail.com for a quote for expedited delivery through a courier service.


Returns, exchanges and refunds:

Every piece sold through this website is handmade from natural materials. They are perfectly imperfect with variations which make each piece unique.

I do my best to describe each object listed in my shop carefully and to ensure that the forms and colors of each piece are accurately reflected in my product photography. Please read the descriptions for details of dimensions, styles and colors as everything listed is handmade and these will vary.

In line with distance selling regulations you will have 14 days to return your item if you are not completely happy with it. If you would like to do so, please contact me on potterywithsoul@gmail.com so that we can arrange its safe return and an exchange or refund.

Unless an item is faulty, costs of return shipping will be your responsibility. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (for example, if it gets broken in transit due to poor re-packaging) I won’t be able to issue a refund so please make sure it is packaged very carefully and if possible insure the package.
